The Artist

Hi there! Welcome to my page; I’m Rits.
  I have always loved art and animals ( big dog lover ), but in my former job as a cabin attendant and been a military wife never had the time to dedicate myself to it. But once I moved to NY, I started to volunteer at my local animal rescue shelter and while it was hard work nothing made me happier. I started doing face painting in fundraising activities for the shelter, and people complimented me often on my drawing skills.
  So, I took the plunge and started an Instagram page with my drawings and art. At the time I didn’t know what to draw at first, so I looked at the slobbering handsome boy next to me (my dog, not my husband) and decided to draw dogs.  The response has been overwhelmingly beautiful. 
Since then, seeing satisfied customers enjoy their portraits has become one of the greatest joys of my life!
